Peggy the five leggy

Mary found a five-legged huntsman spider which she caught and nursed back to health on a diet of crickets and grasshoppers. It grew back three legs and now has eight legs again!

You must not be an employee of Brisbane City Council.
You must not have painted more than two traffic signal boxes in a four year period and not in consecutive years.
