Coloured lines, paths on which people have left a mark. Fingerprints of people who live in the area, everyone has been part of this design. In opposition a black and white pattern decorates the other three sides.

You must not be an employee of Brisbane City Council.
You must not have painted more than two traffic signal boxes in a four year period and not in consecutive years.
