Hello Cocky

This artwork represents my cockatoo, Cocky, who brings a lot of happiness into my life and I wanted to share that happiness with the world. The front image depicts her happy and excited, meanwhile, the back represents her when she is most at peace. I chose these emotions because I want it to resonate with the public.

You must not be an employee of Brisbane City Council.
You must not have painted more than two traffic signal boxes in a four year period and not in consecutive years.
