Hospital helpers share a song

Stanley St & Vulture St, South Brisbane QLD
Pandas and their friends have a groovy morning on their way to work at the Children’s hospital. Right outside the Children’s hospital, I have proposed a fun design with animals dressed in medical accessories, all having a dance to the tune that winds among them: Bee Gees ‘Staying Alive’. A nearby rock wall garden bed with geometric hedges is shown in the background. The three pandas look like my two kids and I :)

You must not be an employee of Brisbane City Council.
You must not have painted more than two traffic signal boxes in a four year period and not in consecutive years.
