Mason & Thompson families

Untitled

Appleby Rd & Minimine St, Stafford QLD
Both families contributed to the design concept though a collaboration at the Northey St Winter Solstice. We are hoping to bring a smile to passers-by with playful elements. It is a play on the street names of Minimine and Appleby and a playful provocation to value nature as highly as our built environment. The apples, vines, wattle, and bees are symbolic of urban farming and bringing communities together through growing and sharing food.
